      Pros

      The people here are great to work with. Unlimited of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of work with limited support. Bonus is rewarded yearly even if you've over achieved your target. ( but if you decide to leave before the payout, this is forfeited ) Pay parity is non existence, No opportunity for growth unless you're willing to move country.
