This is one of the most stressful & toxic experiences I’ve ever had.. If there are positive reviews they were strategically placed as no one is happy at this company. Amanda is cruel and treats people horribly. She screams, throws things and overall tries to make everyone feel as on edge as possible. She thrives on intimidation and unfortunately, does not care about much else. No matter what you do, if Amanda does not like you, it’s wrong. She has everything go through her and is power hungry. I would not apply/ accept a job here.

Working at Amanda Uprichard was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had. Amanda is manipulative, controlling, and a textbook micromanager—she wants to make every decision for you, including how you manage your own team. Employees are set up for failure from the start, and when she decides she’s done with you, she’ll start avoiding you and minimizing your role until you eventually leave. The turnover rate is shocking—over 10+ people quit within their first month alone. The only person who somewhat pretends to care is the Financial Controller/HR, but even when you bring up concerns, he just runs back to Amanda, making the situation worse. On top of that, they have a consultant who acts like she’s there to support you but instead goes behind your back, talking badly about you to Amanda. This company thrives on toxicity, gossip, and fear. If you value your sanity and career growth, do yourself a favor and stay far away.
