Nice Team and small business where your opinion is valued. Many talented people working there. Dog friendly environment!

small business, so has many risks involved, also given that the team is small there is little room to growth within the company.

I have no complaints about the team I worked with on a day to day basis. All in all a very close knit team that did feel like a family.

Cons

Feedback from head office was sporadic and very disjointed. Sales targets and incentives were not well designed. Many sales issues that resulted from lack of inventory.
