      You don't actually have to do much, lots of free alcohol.

      Cons

      Leadership runs it like a frat not a business, probably because they have no real agency experience, all a bunch of former affiliate marketers. Spammy clients.

      No one had any clue what they were doing. Leadership treated company like their personal party/piggy bank.
