Pros

#1 on my list of pros are the people. The people that make up Amasa are some of the finest I've ever worked with, and the company has a culture of positivity and encouragement that I've not seen elsewhere. The senior leadership truly cares about giving employees opportunities to learn and advance in their career, whether you're an account manager, a media buyer, or anything else. I'm happy for the time I've worked at Amasa, and eagerly looking forward to my future at this company.

Cons

Some jobs are just about doing what it says in your job description and nothing else. At Amasa, employees are asked to go above and beyond, and are rewarded for doing so. Not everyone is looking for a job that challenges them to learn and grow, so for those people, I would say Amasa isn't the right fit. Otherwise, I see no cons to working at Amasa.
