Cons

The owners have no business savvy and are in a constant state of cash flow emergency due to poor decision making, odd loyalties to vendors that over charge for their services, and odd loyalties to employees who do not contribute to the company mission. If you are a serious professional, stay clear of this company.

Pros

Very good pay for the industry, great workout every day, great place to learn an enviable work-ethic, lots of experience in logistics and time-management, and the tips are pretty good. You get to select your own availability, so work-life balance is as good as you want it to be. By far, the best moving results in town.

Cons

No part-time benefits and their definition of full-time is far above 40 hours in a week. Great derision between movers and ownership/administration is clear and palpable. Constant truck problems that never get fixed (more a vendor issue, but they refuse to NOT use that vendor). Experience among movers is stretched thin due to rapid expansion of company.

Pros

Pay is competitive, and company has the best reputation in Denver's moving industry. Customer's are usually extremely happy. Raises come with more responsibility and seniority. Not an authoritarian work environment, the best employees are treated fairly. If you want to work hard and a lot of hours, this is a great job.

Cons

Only training is almost exclusive to on-the-job experience, however this can be good because it weeds out poor employees quickly. No set schedule, call every night to find out what's going on the next day... work days can often exceed 10 hours... However, overtime is time and a half, and occurs almost every paycheck. Very physically demanding.
