Pros
1) Fast paced, so time flies quicker than you expect it to. 2) friendly environment 3) good pay and penalty rate 4) lots of OT opportunities based on your performance and business requirement 5) opportunity to become permanent employe after working as casual for 6months to 1 year and avail all the perks 6) no experience required to join, all ppe provided except for the steel cap shoe.
Cons
1) physical work - needs to lift upto 23kgs, walk, stand for upto 8-10hours based on the shift 2) limited opportunities to move between roles if it’s a delivery station 3) casuals sometimes may get short hours of shift but upto 32 hours and more depending on the business requirement over the week 4) very strict on safety, may terminate you if needed
