      Pros

      Private health insurance (as in the private sector) that can be extanded to family for a small fee; remote work (work from home) quiet relaxed and flexible; chill, nice team.

      Cons

      The salary is prety bad and the raises are ridiculously small.

      5 day RTO, not much focus on development, too much bureaucracy and everyone is overworked, working long nights and weekends

      Salary, is an incentive however its comes from owners, not those corrupted managers onsite

      Cons

      Management make you work twice or 3 times as hard as they show to external auditors. They HIDE part of volume behind pallete and show only minium stock handled to show its safe. Normally its exploitation and unsafe work
