      toxic management and low pay, not recommended

      Pros

      Nice office with good facilities

      Cons

      - Their pay is below industry standard (they will tell you there's *plenty* of opportunities to *grow* - Toxic management (Turnover rate is really high, their evaluation method is questionable) - Micromanagement - They encourage bootlicking culture, rather than evaluating your actual performance - Backstabbing culture is highly valued, not great for individuals’ mental health - Very chinese work culture, managers have no reflection on their way of management. a lot of favourism - Bullshitting > Work - Shady business outlook, constant change of management

      Great marketing, poor work culture

      Pros

      - In the beginning a lot of autonomy, leaders spoke with vision and confidence (initially). - Great marketing and decisive.

      Cons

      - Unless you speak some Chinese, you will struggle. - Organisation is flat and messy. - Initially joined and negotiated a decent package, but once the industry went down, they will reneg on everything. - Owners are smart and intelligent but lack the maturity and trust to their team to deal with actual managerial issues.

      Pros

      There were some very good HFT guys there , but they all left.

      Cons

      They might cancel your bonus, They might cancel your contract of employment. Think very hard about them doing this( again ) to you and what it will cost you before you agree to work for them . Or better still find somewhere more reputable where you run lower risk by agreeing to join them.
