I have worked in several organisations in my career and this was by far my worst experience.
It is a very toxic culture and that stems from the Partners, it was quite normal to see bullying of employees and trust in employees is non-existent.
Leadership team lacks diversity.
A lot of broken promises, will avoid to pay bonuses and payrises as much as they can.
The company is basically a recruitment agency and no matter how hard you work it is never enough and a lot of good people were fired in the time I was there and that made job security a big concern.
I could write so much more as this was a very negative experience and have since heard from ex-employees and they all had a similar experience.
