Very limited training - clear managers do not know how to train new recruits Management have no knowledge of HR practices, and the company has no HR procedures, if you have a compliant about your manager you literally have nobody to turn to! Employees rarely hit expected targets due to awful training - the two managers never hit their targets and only work 3/4 days per week so can't give you full support. Hours are long, 08.30-5.30pm with just a 30 minute break I am afraid the managers show no compassion, can't manage their staff and are very unprofessional
