Pros
Pros really only exist if you are a favorite of a C-Level. So much nepotism, but a few really benefit from it. Good for them!
Cons
Nepotism is rampant. Leadership (especially the CEO) hires their family members and forces them only lower leadership to deal with. They also hire their friends from other companies, and fire people to make spots for them. This even happens when their friend doesn't have the skills or experience for the role. You're expected to work whenever they want you to. It doesn't matter if you're on vacation or it's the middle of the night; duty calls! They are more important than your own family.
