One single person in charge, and it is very difficult to communicate with him. Personal life is not importante. Projects often are "mission impossible".

The group of sufferers who are called employees.
Cons
CEO need to be at a cage. He is a completely uncontrolled person, shouts at employees, demands overtime but does not pay, delays salaries, takes more than a month to pay the rights (at a discount) of those who resign, exerts heavy pressure to achieve goals, is disrespectful, pedantic, ignorant, arrogant, sarcastic and inconvenient, demands to be called ENGINEER, thinks that he knows everything about everything and the professionals do not know anything, practice deviation of function. You should be in an asylum.
