Cant' figure out any pros in working at this company.

The worst company to work ever. Management is all about one person, someone without social skills and who treats his employees very badly. This guy is always shouting out loudly in the office with employees, can you believe it?? Generally people stay in the company very shortly, because they just can't support the bad environment. There're not enough words to describe how bad this company is. If you're considering to work here, my advise would be: just forget it, unless you want to live a miserable life...

CEO need to be at a cage. He is a completely uncontrolled person, shouts at employees, demands overtime but does not pay, delays salaries, takes more than a month to pay the rights (at a discount) of those who resign, exerts heavy pressure to achieve goals, is disrespectful, pedantic, ignorant, arrogant, sarcastic and inconvenient, demands to be called ENGINEER, thinks that he knows everything about everything and the professionals do not know anything, practice deviation of function. You should be in an asylum.
