      Worst management - very toxic

      Pros

      Very well organized, great place place to fast-track your experience across a range of different clients. Comfortable hours, great people to work with, everybody wants to help each other and contribute to produce good wook.

      Cons

      Poor relationships with head office, toxic environment. No HR, low salary. Some people have no qualification to do the job and under-deliver. Top management is lying about pretty much everything from salary, company performance and employee status. Bad management, mostly micro management and they don't trust their employee. HUGE turn over.

      A friendly and dynamic team Regular team lunches Supportive leaders, and a transparent work environment The long tenure of employees

      Difficulty in adding value Complex processes and unnecessary meetings The open office space as it can be difficult to focus and work effectively in a noisy environment. Additionally, the company’s niche business may not be ideal for fresh graduates, as it can make it difficult to transition to other roles or industries. The long tenure of employees could also suggest that there isn't much room for career growth elsewhere Repetitiveness of similar projects and requests

      - Poor management skills - Lack of knowledge to lead - Absolutely no sense of direction in what they're doing - Workplace bullying is a huge problem - Terribly unrealistic expectations. You're hiring and paying an entry to perform like a Director. - Extremely toxic
