      Pros

      Overall great culture, everyone is super young and easy to talk to. Brilliant minds who work here and everyone seems to be very passionate about the product as a whole which is great. I think even when things got tough, knowing we were all in it together made the work manageable. - Great work life balance (usually off around 5/6pm) - nice coworkers - Autonomy in how you want to grow at the company - Freedom to communicate with clients (a lot of trust early on)

      Cons

      - Salary is quite low given the industry - Disorganized (typical start up growing pains)

      Very low pay with the amount of workload you're assigned Always give big talks about prioritizing mental health but expect us to work long hours and hand out multiple projects at once in addition to full-time customer support Always send out emails about new deals and big revenue gains but don't give us any bonuses; the only "bonus" I ever received was $15 gift card. Very white-athlete culture, literally the majority of employees are white and/or athletes. If you care so much about diversity & equity, put in the effort to hire people from marginalized communities.

      Ambra did a great job recruiting a strong team of kind and bright and hard-working professionals.

      Cons

      Poor tasking and workflow management create stress, which company "solves" with Wellness Training and $15 Amazon gift card at Christmas.
