Very low pay with the amount of workload you're assigned Always give big talks about prioritizing mental health but expect us to work long hours and hand out multiple projects at once in addition to full-time customer support Always send out emails about new deals and big revenue gains but don't give us any bonuses; the only "bonus" I ever received was $15 gift card. Very white-athlete culture, literally the majority of employees are white and/or athletes. If you care so much about diversity & equity, put in the effort to hire people from marginalized communities.
