Pros

Can learn a lot as an intern.(self learn, you just have time to spend on learning. They wont guid you on anything.) Can play table tennis. Nothing else to say.

Cons

Non of the people in management has a proper knowledge. All the promotions are based on favoritism and those people have 0 knowledge in their positions. You will never get a proper SRS document or anything but they have the audacity to order you to deliver the work within 01 or 02 days. Telling they follow agile methodology but that's not the truth at all they just do the changes as the clients want without doing a proper documentation. HR will get so friendly with you so they can get into your personal life and spread rumours around the whole team. They encourage you to talk out loud but when you do you gonna get bullied on the extreme level. You won't get paid enough at all. Salaries are below the level of industry. If you can pretend to be a fake person and if you can go with the flow no matter how toxic it is. No matter how others bully another co worker even infront of your eyes and if you can pretend like you don't see it or if you can join the bully this is the best place for you. Oh wait but you have to come from moratuwa as well. Private uni students don't even think about it. You can grow as long as you do self studies but you will never grow within the industry because their is no proper procedure inside the company. So If you are staying more than 3 or 4 years in here good luck moving to another company.

Pros

Extracurricular Activities: One redeeming quality of Ambrum Solutions is the availability of extracurricular activities for employees. The presence of amenities like table tennis provides a welcome opportunity for relaxation and socialization during breaks. Engaging in such activities can help alleviate stress and foster camaraderie among colleagues. After-Office Events: Additionally, the company occasionally hosts after-office events, which can be enjoyable opportunities for team bonding outside of the usual work setting. These events offer a chance for employees to unwind and socialize in a more relaxed environment, potentially strengthening interpersonal relationships and morale within the team.

Cons

As a former employee of Ambrum Solutions, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others considering employment at this company. My time at Ambrum Solutions was plagued by a toxic work environment and profoundly unprofessional management practices. First and foremost, the HR manager at Ambrum Solutions lacks professionalism and fails to uphold basic standards of HR conduct. Rather than serving as a mediator and advocate for employees, they seem to prioritize personal biases and favoritism. This is evident in the blatant disregard for fair treatment and lack of proper investigation when issues arise within the company. Furthermore, the management at Ambrum Solutions is abysmally poor. It is clear that they prioritize the interests of a select few individuals, often at the expense of the majority of employees. Those who are friendly with management or have personal connections seem to receive preferential treatment, including undeserved rewards and inflated salaries. One of the most egregious aspects of Ambrum Solutions' management practices is the unfair compensation distribution. Employees with minimal experience but personal connections to management are granted disproportionately high salaries, while those who actually contribute value to the company are overlooked and underpaid. This blatant disregard for meritocracy fosters resentment and demoralization among hardworking employees. Moreover, the work environment at Ambrum Solutions is far from professional. Instead of fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect, the company operates in a clique-like manner where favoritism reigns supreme. Employees are more concerned with aligning themselves with management or avoiding the ire of the HR manager than with performing their job duties effectively. In conclusion, my experience at Ambrum Solutions was marred by a toxic work environment, unprofessional management, and blatant favoritism. I strongly advise prospective employees to think twice before considering employment at this company. The detrimental impact on morale and career development far outweighs any potential benefits. Ambrum Solutions is in dire need of comprehensive reform to address these pervasive issues and create a more equitable and respectful workplace.

Pros

Not Recommended to Work Here

Cons

1. Poor HR Practices: The HR team lacks professionalism and confidentiality. If an employee raises a concern or asks questions in private, it becomes public knowledge across the company. This complete disregard for employee privacy creates an environment of distrust and fear. 2. Zero Work-Life Balance: Employees are expected to be available constantly, with no respect for personal time. The workload is overwhelming, and there's no structured approach to managing tasks or deadlines. 3. Lack of Project Management: Projects are poorly organized, with no clear guidelines or practices. Higher management frequently changes requirements, sometimes on a daily basis, making it impossible to achieve stability or progress. Employees are left scrambling to meet unrealistic expectations, which significantly affects productivity and morale. 4. Micromanagement from Higher Management: Senior leaders interfere with every aspect of project execution, often bypassing established procedures. Their constant involvement creates confusion and makes it challenging for teams to work effectively. 5. Toxic Work Environment: The overall culture is negative and demoralizing. There’s little to no appreciation for employee efforts, and criticism is handled poorly, further lowering employee motivation.
