      Pros

      They're reasonably flexible with scheduling because they're 24/7/365 (for the moment). The dress code is very lax, aside from absolutely no jewelry (aside from wedding rings). It is a frenetic, and sometimes rewarding environment.

      Cons

      The business is downsizing as of this writing (April 2016). The owner and management tend to be less than stellar, and the working conditions are not great.

      Great Pay, Flexible Schedules, Performance Raises and Bonuses, Promotes Within

      Cons

      There really are no cons....It Is work, so be prepared to work and always be willing to learn new things, Remember, everybody is entitled to an off day.

      My first ever experience behind the scenes and on camera. Over all a fun time too bad they are no longer around.

      Cons

      No longer a company. Could of probably have benefited from a more refined structure. Best of luck to all who have left there.
