Pros

Loved working with all the local dealers

Cons

Very disappointed how they treat their employees. I watched the people I work with get threatened on daily basis of losing their job. Personally, I was yelled at for not smiling, eating lunch and NOT texting back fast enough even though I was on the road or in front of a dealer. The girls in the office accept money to get good lane numbers or to sell cars out of lane. When I brought this to my managers attention I was fired! Dealers vehicles are wrecked and they don’t find out until the car is delivered back. They even charge the dealers if they don’t sell their car, calling it a no-sale fee. They don’t keep their word. They change the rules to benefit them whenever they can. The VA location has a horrible reputation and it’s just getting worse. The men that are in management have horrible tempers! Lots of cussing everywhere you turn. Not a professional atmosphere!

Pros

Fast paced, laid back environment. The work week goes fast. Customers giving generous gifts such as money, food, money, coffee, money!

Cons

Not ran like a typical corporation, they constantly change the rules in their favor not only done to the customers but their employees as well. Everyone walks around miserable bc they are getting treated so poorly. Corporate unfortunately only sees dollar signs, if they would actually take a deeper look into the Chicago location and see why the turn over rate is so high and realize they have the potential to be twice as big and make twice as much money. With the HORRIBLE reputation of management it will always last resort auction.

Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

I have never in my life worked with such a unfriendly bunch of people! They cater lunches from corporate but only those they choose get to eat this corporate bought lunch. They hired me to replace someone who was still there without their knowledge. They also asked this person to train me. No One was happy about this move including the person I replaced. This happened to others in management positions while I was there. They run their drivers like dogs and do not charge dealers that are the farthest away. You cannot save any costs that way.
