Ive been working here for a little over a year and I have to say this company really gives the opportunity for growth. I feel like I have a voice and my input is taken seriously. There is a high regard for respect between employer and employee. Owner/President is a very understanding person. The hours are great, and I'm extremely happy with the location, lot's of delicious healthy lunch options.

Coming from someone who has worked for big companies where I've been treated like just another number and with sole proprietors working directly under the owner/president, I have to say that I took a chance and applied to this job taking into consideration that I have more 'on the job' experience than a fancy degree under my belt. As soon as I was hired, I loved every aspect of the position! The hours are fantastic! It is close to home! Medical and Dental Benefits! My own personal office with a window view of the mountains! My skills are appreciated and my input is taken into consideration in working towards bettering the company and implementing systems to make preparing files as efficient as possible! I truly appreciate being treated like a person and valued for my knowledge and what I can offer to a company if given the chance to demonstrate what a great asset I am.
