      Pros

      You have a lot of flexibility on your schedule. The environment is great to grow and improve your skills! People are lovely, and the founders will be around all the time to help and hear your ideas!

      Cons

      If you are not a self-starter, it can be hard for you at the beginning to find some guidelines and realize what you need to do.

      Pros

      The first moment when I came to American Fun, twins blew my mind. Rather than focusing immediately on the tasks and work, they wanted to know more about me. The first day I've got a chance to write my personal goals, and how the company could align its goals with mine. Amazing!

      More tortilla specialties with Nutella! :P
