Pros
Flexible with work life balance, mostly. The people are kind and inclusive. Working from home has a lot of benefits and saves on gas. Employee perks are great. They try really hard to include learning and remote wellness opportunities, as well as some in-person events for those within driving distance, and they do a great job.
Cons
Despite saving on gas, the wages are tough for single income households. You don't get all your PTO at the beginning of the year, so if you have an extended illness, you may be earning back from a negative PTO balance for a very long time, or have to take time off without pay. If you have health issues, this can be problematic.
