      Pros

      Great company to work for. Lots of room for growth and wage increase. Utilization of green products for mold clean. Osha standards set in place for PPE. Safe environment.

      Cons

      Too much micro managing with upper management. (Owners)

      Pros

      I like that the company’s products are green, it makes me feel good that we’re helping people get better and I genuinely believe that everyone that I work with cares about the service we’re providing. My immediate boss, Leigh Ann, is hardworking and fair and makes sure that the jobs that we have are completed and that quality of work isn’t lacking.

      Cons

      Too much micro-managing from upper management.

      Pros

      Great benefits for the size of the company! I just came back from my paid vacation(with more days left to use) and received a weeks condo stay right on the beach from the company for reaching my 2 year anniversary with them.

      Cons

      We are a small company so most of us wear many hats. It gets stressful at times (but I've had that in every job I've ever had).
