Pros

Good location. Parking lot behind the building that employees can use. Transit benefit if you use metro or bus. Health insurance is good. The office is closed Christmas through New Year's. You can make good friends on junior staff. A chance to meet really smart people and get experience doing many different things.

Cons

So much staff have left over the past 6 months that it's unstable. Hopefully people stop leaving soon and it gets better. Redistribution of work doesn't always make sense. Many people seem unhappy with supervisors. The annual meeting is very stressful. The location of the office is good but the building is in bad shape inside.

Pros

Great Colleague and Professional, respectful environment.

Cons

APSA has way too many important programs but not enough staff to manage them all. So you will be busy.
