      Small close-knit local group, accommodating schedule

      Cons

      Mismanagement, poor organization of data, understaffed, lack of overhead supporting roles (IT, Purchasing, etc.), outdated technical tools (computers, etc.)

      Great people to work with.

      The executive level management is a joke and all they care about there money and stock options. Could (Would) be a great company without them.

      Very poorly managed company with lots of hidden agenda at the top and very poor leadership (none).

      Pros

      Independent of what you do and how bad you contribute, as long as you know the right person at the top you are fine. You dance to the music from the top you are safe.

      Cons

      There is NO leadership There is NO vision The so called leadership does not have a clue for the contributions that makes the goals met. Very sad place
