- lack of structure - no clarity on expectations in any role, you're just tossed in the fire to figure things out for yourself. - company morale is very low. Upon entry, the gossip & internal talks begin. - very little upper mobility structure or pathways - lack of experienced leadership & CEO - lack of ethics (this company continuously has lawsuit settlements with employees) - Racial bias and no equal treatment, especially in the hiring process (you may walk into a meeting where the CEO is talking about physically harming anyone not aligned with their political views) - Lack of diversity in any upper management - Constant racial slurs used & derogatory statements are a norm in various meetings here

The overall company culture is racist, and sexist. The entire company is run like a dictatorship. They don't believe in or support any of their teams, which explains why all their brands and retails are failing. There is always a sense of fear, and anxiety that is induced day one that nothing you do will be good enough. Incessant gossip which breeds trauma bonding amongst employees. Lastly, there is no true or transparent communication. You can follow all their processes, get glowing reviews and feedback on your wok, and they will terminate you with no explanation. The management style and company culture from the top down is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
