If you have a strong work ethic and show up for work this company will take care of you. Leadership is strong and focuses on building up employees to take on responsibilities. If you are passionate about cannabis this is the place for you.

All holidays are worked. Grow teams are slim so if a team member doesn't show up it burdens the rest of the team to pick up the slack.
