Compensation: The pay was lower than expected. I was informed that reviews would happen and my salary would increase quickly, but that did not occur.
CPQ System: The current CPQ system used for quoting is inadequate and needs improvement.
Hybrid Schedule: A better hybrid schedule is needed. While some employees are fully remote, this option should be considered for all employees.
Growth Opportunities: There is no room for growth within the company.
Customer Service: Working with Customer Service is challenging. They are rude, inflexible, and dictate what the rest of the company can or cannot do to process orders. There is zero flexibility.
