At Amesite, we want all of our teammates to be successful and to grow professionally. We like to promote and offer opportunities to develop new skills and take on new challenges. We know that imposter syndrome is real for people, especially for innovators, and do our best to highlight successes by teams and individuals so that they can grow with confidence. We were fortunate during the pandemic to quickly pivot to remote work, we didn’t experience layoffs as many employers did, and we continued with hiring in key functions and growing our team. We truly appreciate all of the hard work that has gone into building great products and services. We expect over time to get the team together for team-building activities once it’s safe to travel.
