      High pay doesn't compensate for poor management and instability

      Pros

      I requested a high salary because I knew it that the workload will be a lot Free courses they will pay for it To learn how to work under pressure while listening to music

      Cons

      It was rather worst company I worked with in Dubai, bad management they replaced me the first day they got a new designer. For less money and less experience than me Pressure, not safe, they terminated 8 ppl in less than 1 year and a half Bcz literally of a nonsense reasons It’s a start up company with even no huge background in interior design field but even tho their ego is higher than their needs for a good and experienced employee So bad and I wish everyone to think 10 times before joining them

      -Lack of follow-up after job interviews, even when communication is expected. -Unprofessional questions asked during meetings like how many doctor in the country . -Expectation to act as a public relations for the company and be a super hero .

      AMICO Group is one of the biggest and most successful Medical equipment companies in the region. And it's been around since the 80's. They also expanded to many countries further than just the region.

      Cons

      Hierarchy could be enhanced, and not having a matrix management system could also beneficial to some units
