      Terrible company structure, false professional titles

      * low pay, below average * no benefits, only healthcare with a high premium and high co-pays * lack of company structure * nepotism - upper management * breaks are not encouraged, but are deducted from pay checks * no heat or plumbing in winter season during work hours * poor allocation of funds often cutting into employee salaries * lack of trust from upper management towards employees and contractors * toxic work environment * low employee morale due to low salaries * misuse of professional titles to under qualified employees (common in upper management roles) * open favoritism * Holiday bonus is a gift card and not a significant amount

      The people are friendly but that is about all i can say. The work space is pretty until you actual work in it. Unheated bathrooms, no sink in bathrooms, freezing cold areas makeshift heaters. Toilet seats are broken I

      Where to begin. People leave all the time they are dismissed after 3 and 8 days with a email over the weekend. It is the most disorganized place I have ever seen, people do not know the information because the people who own the information leave and they don't know. I t is disorganized, nobody know what they are doing, people leave on vacation and never come back

      - Under-market salaries - Low quality products, bad customer experiences - Bare minimum when it comes to benefits - Very inexperienced leadership - Terrible office upkeep, heating and bathrooms didn't work some days in the winter - Extremely high turnover, little effort to retain employees - Breaks discouraged, often not allowed - PTO discouraged - Unrealistic deadline expectations - Often did not get paid on time - Little focus on company morale
