      Pros

      I loved the actual typesetting and cleaning I did on the pages.

      Cons

      The pay is absolutely terrible, you used to get $1.55 per page and it is now $0.95, with a page taking anywhere from a few minutes to hours to complete. Work life balance is also very difficult since many of the pages take a long time to complete I often spent most of my time if I wasn't eating or sleeping doing the pages to hand in on time to the deadlines. Completely morally unjust company.

      Pros

      Working from home. Skype communications. Editors in general are very nice.

      Cons

      There's no actual growth here. If you ever even manage get paid more (which is nothing), suddenly you will start getting "a lot of errors", they will make you redo every single page with the most ridiculous requests. After telling them I was leaving, suddenly all my "errors" disappeared and my first draft was sent as a final product, pretty much showing how much bullying was going on in order to stress me out. I'm glad I left.

      All I got was weird porn to translate, which I should have expected with this not being a proper company for manga
