Colleagues are willing to help and support each other. A small company that offer you to learn a lot.
Cons
A very weak GM that fails to lead and motivate the team. Knowing nothing and being fearful to take up general tasks, the GM fails to become a good role model to the employees, and this adversely affects the efficiency of the team members. Generally not a valuable asset to the company!
