Pros
Change to work on something more complex than ubiquitous web based system:)
Cons
They assign you projects that you work for a long time on them but at the end no one will use it in the company. When I left the company I have done 6 of these unused projects! They provided little to no guidance for me as a trainees and only wanted immediate results in a research project. I wish I would have started my career somewhere else. They had low financial stability because their customers do not pay them after they have received service.

I started to work in Amnpardaz when they were a startup, I loved the spirit, the mission, and the great team we had. Learning and personal growth was the main point of our tasks.
Cons
After releasing the app, and stabilizing the company position at market, advancement has the least matter. So we missed the great soul of the company, most of the team members, and the great atmosphere we had.
