None. Horrible place to work.

Cons

CEO is verbally abusive. Pay is below industry, benefits may be free but they're awful. Bonus is a joke. I've never seen people on the executive level so uneducated and lacking any vision and strategy. It's embarrassing. Also, it's 2019. Every study in the world shows people want work life balance and flexibility. Amoco does not allow for any of that. There is zero flexibility. The rules are incredibly rigid for absolutely no reason other than the company is run by a tyrant.

Very low pay, still open on holidays, bully supervisors, not enough training, only VPs get paid well, extreme favoritism
