There are no pros whatsoever.
Cons
The office staff treat you like absolute crap and always seem to be unavailable and never get back to you. They don't care about the people in their care they are just bothered about making more and more money while paying staff in peanuts. The professionals are no better not one carer for this company have ever been listened to by either professional or office staff while addressing any concerns they have about what we need to help support are clients and their health.
