      Fun company but limited possibilities

      - great people to work with - get to travel - cool product

      Cons

      - under-qualified and sometimes arrogant managers with no empathy - company is very "oil-price" dependent - salary and especially offshore compensation not competitive at all - limited career possibilities - long working hours
