Pros
This is, by far, the best company I have worked for in my 30 year career. The pay is very good, the benefits are incredible, and the team atmosphere is the best. Management genuinely cares about its employees and is very involved in the day-to-day workplace. Everyone is a part of the team, from the lowest paid to the highest. Quality, hard work is always rewarded. We have top-notch office space and are always looking to new technology. Work hours are flexible. Management knows the value of family time and personal commitments outside of the office.
Cons
Incredible growth in the company's 10 year history has caused growing pains - but this is the best kind of problem. The company is reacting to that growth by continuing to hire and expand by adding new offices.
