Pros
I love the team environment at Amplify. The hands-on training has been a great learning opportunity for me to gain experience in marketing, advertising and public relations as a recent grad. I am seeing my hard work rewarded with a recent promotion. I also enjoy getting together outside of the office at our team nights to bowling and basketball games.
Cons
The training is a very fast paced environment that has pushed me outside of my comfort zone. However, this push is exactly what I needed to start an exciting and rewarding career.

I have learned more in this office than I will ever learn in school and much faster too. You will have a mentor and a coach beside you every step of the way, even when you've made it to the top! The growth opportunities in this company are so amazing that I couldn't imagine being anywhere else in my life right now. They will teach you the mentality and the skill sets that it takes to become a successful entrepreneur.
Cons
In any business, it takes time and energy to get to where you want to be. Here, they do it faster so you develop the mentality of "time now, for time later".
