I have learned more in this office than I will ever learn in school and much faster too. You will have a mentor and a coach beside you every step of the way, even when you've made it to the top! The growth opportunities in this company are so amazing that I couldn't imagine being anywhere else in my life right now. They will teach you the mentality and the skill sets that it takes to become a successful entrepreneur.
Cons
In any business, it takes time and energy to get to where you want to be. Here, they do it faster so you develop the mentality of "time now, for time later".

Pros
Amplify allows for you to grow within the business and allows you to grow personally. The office atmosphere is positive and exciting! Employees are able to choose how and when they decide to grow, which is unlike so many other companies where it's all about who you know not what you know. I am so thankful I was given the opportunity to work with Greyson, because I was able to learn so much about myself and genuinely change my perspective into a more positive light.
Cons
This business is for someone who is willing to work long hours and is fully prepared to put in 110% effort every single day. It may be hard work, but it is extremely rewarding.
