Good learning experience, very friendly and helpful ambiance.
Cons
The boss is too bossy and can be unpredictable at times. She is more like a school principal (or a class monitor who scolds people when they do a bit of chit chats with their fellow colleagues) disciplining her children rather than an office boss who needs to deal adults in a more matured way.
