Pros

Easy and lenient to work in. Not that much pressure about work. Only when things go really really bad...

Cons

Management totally uninterested in their people, except for personal matters or if someone will leave the company. No support, no knowledge transfer, comments are often than not passive-aggresive etc... Regarding the other people, everybody is fine and mostly helpful. The ego in the company is big, so that is another thing that is a bottleneck for progressing (but that is mostly usual in Montenegro).

Pros

Amplitudo is company suitable for beginners. It allows a great level of flexibility. There is no some bad restrictive rules. Working here can be fun because atmosphere between people is great.

Cons

Very quickly, you get to the point where you can't learn a lot of new things and there is not people with high level knowledge. Projects are in most of time very easy and unchallenged. Also, situation where developers doesn't have any project is very often. Product owners are not professional and aren't doing their jobs - developers does. Management doesn't have the courage to take responsibility, very bad organizing teams, lack of control over work, horrible estimates (almost every project lates), lack of programming procedures and rules. Salaries are not great and it grows only when you ask for it. The director has confidence in the managers and does not seem to know what the real situation is in the development sector.
