Pros
Good working environment. Collegues are nice. Well payed, Opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Home office possible.
Cons
Working students are exempted from all kinds of additional benefits regular workers receive. Example: During the energy price shock in 2022, everyone in the company received a big one-time inflation bonus. Everyone, even other part-time employees, except working students and interns.

You work on the future grid stability. This job is important to a lot of people. At Amprion you have very nice and reliable colleagues.
Cons
Sometimes the erection of a new substation or replacing old utilities can take a long time due to government regulations.
