      Great people but high turnover and leadership instability

      Pros

      Great people working in a tough industry to create EV Chargers for the automotive sector. The industrial charging business has good prospects for long term growth.

      Cons

      High attrition and turnover, lead by high leadership changes driven by flakey PE owners who made a poor investment case, that didn't survive material market changes.
