I have never worked anywhere so toxic or abusive. The leaders are rude and vitriolic to their staff, and publicly blame other people for their mistakes. They are both narcissists, frequently using gaslighting and even blatant lies to make sure they are never to blame for anything. There is an expectation that anything that isn't achieving results isn't work and staff shouldn't get paid for this time. One member of staff, a very experienced and extremely competent person, was working more than double their contracted hours and had been gaslit by leadership into believing that this was due to their own incompetence. I can't see this company remaining afloat for much longer with so much awareness of how toxic the leadership is.

The most horrendous company, management are rude and obnoxious and extremely controlling. There is no formal company set-up - no IT/no HR/no policies or procedures. No formal training or induction training on joining. Data protection not taken seriously. There is no communication across the team and no respect is shown from the company whatsoever Lunch breaks and contractual working hours are non-existent. There are no company values and management is run by micromanagement styles - also very unsupportive. Hostile and stressful environment.
