      Pros

      - Commission plus basic. - On-site nurse. - Yearly team building. - Decent salaries for account manager.

      Cons

      - Pressurised job. - Not all departments work together as a team. - Management have favourites. - Sales managers enjoy making you look bad if it makes them look good. - Account managers pass all the work to their assistants and they do very little yet reap all the rewards. - Sales manager are not very supportive. - Solve most of your issues alone.
