Conducted various Vaccination drives including normal citizens of Maharasthra during these crises. I really appreciate about ASPL is work culture. Here you will find flat hierarchy. No bossing as all. If you are skilled enough you will get free hand to do your work. If you need any help / training you can have that also. Co-workers are also skilled in their domain and always ready for help.
