      Pros

      Free Lunches, nice CBD location. Pay is reasonable but let’s not go crazy.

      Cons

      Backstabbing and cruel culture trickles in from HR and management, whilst fear guides the decision making process. The shares that they giveth, they taketh away. They’ll act like your best buddy until they hit you with bad performance reviews to curb your wage hopes. The team are impulsive and view both the punters and anyone not in the inner clique with disdain.
