      Bosses pay very well for employees to come in and have their ideas rejected all the time.

      Cons

      Bosses cannot sustain our salaries because of zero revenue made from listening to none of the employee's feedbacks - listening and ACTING on the feedback,

      Colleagues are really great and It has an ok work life balance.

      Cons

      CCTV monitoring for employees movement. Might be scrutinised when making coffee. COO might get emotional at times. 2 retrenchment exercise in the last 2 years. Late comers of 10 mins might get cash penalty.
